Object equivalent of the intrinsic Double type, supporting ifDouble and ifToStr
roDouble is the object equivalent for intrinsic type 'Double'.
It is a legacy object name, corresponding to the intrinsic Double object. Applications should use Double literal values and/or Double-typed variables directly.
