MCP cdp_debugger_step_over

Description

Steps over the current line via CDP Debugger.stepOver, and waits for the resulting Debugger.paused event before returning so the caller sees the new call frames.

Delegates internally to debug_step with type: "over" and runtime: "typescript" forced.

Enables the CDP Debugger domain on first use for this session. Only valid while already paused.

Optional parameters:

• sessionId (string): Session id returned by cdp_session_create. Uses the active session when omitted.
