Summary
Stdio MCP transport: reads NDJSON JSON-RPC messages from stdin, writes responses to stdout.
Description
All diagnostics go to stderr so they never corrupt the protocol stream. Clients (VS Code, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) can spawn this directly via an mcp.json command entry; no rk HTTP server is required. rk mcp checks for a running server on every request and forwards to it, falling back to handling the call in-process only when it finds none or cannot reach it. It exits when stdin closes.
