Resolved plugin collections used during grid initialization.

`capabilities`	`Set<"focusVisual">`	Union of every init plugin's `provides`; exposed to plugins as `internals.capabilities`.
`cellTemplates`	`PluginCellTemplate<T>[]`	Cell templates contributed by init plugins, in `init` order. Empty for the common case, so the routing wrapper can be skipped entirely.
`initPlugins`	`GridInitPlugin<T>[]`	`init` call order: each `InitGridPlugin` in `plugins[]` source order (excluding perf).
`perf?`	`PerfPlugin`
`reservedRowTop`	`number`	Sum of every init plugin's `reservedRowTop`; folded into the engine row pitch.
`rowCardsWraps`	`RowCardsWrap[]`	Every init plugin's `wrapRowCards`, in `plugins[]` order. Empty for the common case.
