MCP device_stop
Description
Stop a Roku Cloud Emulator (RCE) device that device_start started on this rk server, and wait until it has stopped. Devices started any other way are refused; stop those with rk device stop. A device another MCP session started is refused too, unless force is true. When another session (an rk dev --watch, for example) is still attached, the device keeps running and that session takes it over.
Parameters:
- device (string, optional): RCE device, e.g. "rce:my-tv". Uses the active device when omitted.
- force (boolean, optional): stop it even though another MCP session started it.
