MCP debug_breakpoints_list

Description

Lists every breakpoint tracked for the session -- both TypeScript/CDP line breakpoints and BrightScript/DAP line and exception breakpoints, in one unified list. Purely local state (no device round-trip), so it always returns even while the app is running, unlike a raw device LIST_BREAKPOINTS query.

Parameters:

• sessionId (string, optional): defaults to the active debug session.
